Perfect for the absolute beginner, this class covers all the basic aspects you need to quickly advance your skills.

• Understand the correct moves of the swing and how to make solid contact with the ball.
• Our Golf Professionals will teach you the mental aspects and help you understand the art of true golf.

To enrol in Make-up Class

This level is advised for the golfer who has learnt the basic skills of the game and wants to step up to another level.

• Learn the art of more advanced short game play (putting, chipping and bunkers).
• Our Golf Professionals will teach you full-swing techniques and various drills to move your game to the next level.
• Understand the differences between iron play and wood play.
• Play on-course with our Golf Professionals and better understand the games intricate strategies.

To enrol in Make-up Class

Recommended to the golfer who is on the verge of gaining their Golf Pass or just wanting some added revision to upgrade their standard of play.

• Play with our Golf Professionals on-course (play as many holes as possible, subject to circumstances).
• Learn all about course management techniques.
• Understand when to attack aggressively and when to play conservatively.
• Learn the etiquettes and rules of the game.

For the golfer who has had around 20 hours of tuition and is ready for their own on-course experience. (The Golf Pass entitles the holder to play all the courses at JCKSC).

• Learn more about the rules and etiquettes of the game.
• Understand more about golf’s scoring system and course management requirements.
• Play with our Golf Professionals on-course and get your Golf Pass.
• Gaining a Golf Pass provides all players with un-restricted access to all three JCKSC golf courses.

Recommended for a golfer who has completed a golf pass certificate or my first handicap courses and wants to get some more on course experience with people at the same level.

On course level one requires a golf pass, or golf handicap (maximum of 4 students)

This class is suitable for all level of golfers who would like to lower your score and improve on-course strategies.  

• On Course Strategies to lower your scores.
• Small-group coaching.
• Maximum 9 holes.

Generally for the intermediate and advanced players. This class will enhance your bunker play and beyond.

• Learn the art of bunker play and become fearless when faced with a sand shot.
• Understand the method behind playing the splash shot.
• Build your overall confidence with a consistent and repeatable technique.
• Increase your sand save percentages.

Perfect for the intermediate to advanced golfer. Woods are a very important aspect of the game, hitting straight and with distance is paramount to lower scoring.

• Learn the subtle changes from irons to woods.
• How to catch the ball cleanly with fairway woods.
• How to produce and gain effortless power, instead of powerless effort.
• Understanding true loft, and how to correctly use it to your advantage.

Recommended for an experienced golfer who with a handicap of 15-30. Who needs some on course training

On course level two requires a handicap of 30 or less (Maximum 4 students)

This class is not necessarily for the advanced golfer. It is for the advancement of skills on and around the greens. Please note, the entire short game equates to around 60% of our play.

• Understand the variances of different lies and making the correct club choices.
• Learn the advanced mental aspects of the short game.
• Improve your short game technique.
• Enhance your bunker play, and better understand how to save strokes, not waste them.
• Our Golf Professionals will teach you all the important and advanced aspects of this area of the game.

This enables the serious golfer to gain a USGA approved handicap through the HKGA with the guidance of our Golf Professionals.

• The Hong Kong Golf Association and JCKSC Golf Instruction Centre bring you the “My First Handicap” program.
• Play six games of 9 holes of golf around the picturesque North Course with our Golf Professionals.
• Let our Golf Professionals guide you around the course, assisting you with useful tips on strategy, rules, etiquette, along with marking your scorecard.

Recommended for advanced golfers with a handicap of 15 of lower. This class is your chance to go head to head with a KSC Golf Professional

• Learn more about course management by watching a Golf Professional play the course; learn different approaches to the KSC lay out.
• Learn techniques to control you emotions and score better on the course.

On course level three requires a handicap of 15 or less (Maximum 3 students)
