Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of golf instruction services at the Golf Course
- Provide 1st class Golf instruction through lessons and clinics
- Meet or exceed yearly teaching targets
- Assist with Golf tournament operations
- Develop and extend all existing Golf instruction programmes, across the board from beginner instruction to advanced player
- Implement and executes all facets of the outreach Golf programmes
Requirements
- Qualified PGA with at least 3 years’ experience in junior coaching
- Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about growing the game
- Experienced in organizing and running junior tournaments
- Safety minded, positive attitude and love of helping young people become their best
- Excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and hardworking individual with emphasis on team
- Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf teaching professional preferred
- Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays
