Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support to Finance Manager on all compliance related discipline of the Golf Course.
- Responsible for drafting, updating and maintaining compliance related documentation in accordance with established compliance framework.
- Review and monitor to ensure compliance with internal systems of control, legal and regulatory requirements and assist to handle or rectify non-compliance cases.
- Handle and resolve internal enquiries on compliance matters and conduct compliance investigations if required. Resolve enquiries and report on investigations.
- Co-ordinate with external parties and internal departments in relation to compliance training, updates and implementation of compliance policies, standards and procedures.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in law, accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ working experience in compliance related field.
- Strong team, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive, independent, self-motivating, attention to details and well organized.
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
