East/South Course Electric Golf Cart

| (A) General arrangements | |
(1) Golfers have the options to walk (South Course only), or to use golf carts on a complimentary basis, while playing on the South and East Course; however, no reduction of green fees or other compensation would be provided if golfers prefer not to use golf carts. This arrangement is subject to change without prior notice.(2) Each golf cart accommodates a maximum of two passengers at any one time. The Golf Course reserves the right to arrange golfers of the same tee-time to share one electric golf cart. A maximum of two electric golf carts will be allocated to each tee-time.(3) Golf carts would only be allowed on concrete pathways.(4) Golf carts could be collected within 30 minutes of reserved tee times, but not later than 15 minutes before teeing off.(5) Golfers must return golf carts to the designated location at once upon completion of golf rounds. |

| (B) Driver | |
(1) Drivers must be 18 years of age or above.(2) No driving license would be required, but the Golf Course reserves the right to refuse a person to drive if there are reasonable grounds to believe that he/she is not fit to drive.(3) Caddies hired from the Golf Course and private bag carriers who are over 18 years of age are allowed to drive for golfers. (Please note that no private bag carriers are allowed on the East Course).(4) Drivers are required to sign declaration to the effect that they are responsible for the liabilities arising from their use of golf carts, and the Golf Course would not be responsible for their acts.(5) Drivers must comply with all the Golf Course terms and conditions for the use of the golf carts currently in force, including driving instructions, compensation for damages to golf carts and other Golf Course properties, reporting accidents, not allowing more than two persons on a golf cart while moving, not leaving juniors below the age of 18 years on golf carts unattended, etc.(6) Golfers who refuse to pay the required compensation to the Golf Course for damages will have their playing and advance booking rights temporarily suspended until payment is made or the matter is resolved.(7) Physically handicapped persons are not permitted to drive golf carts which are not designed and built for their use.(8) Abuse of golf carts of any kind is strictly forbidden and would result in immediate withdrawal of the right to use golf carts.(9) Drivers would not be allowed to operate golf carts when the Golf Course staff have reasons to believe that they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs and any other substances, which would cause danger to themselves and other people. |

| (C) Rules on the cart path | |
(1) Users of carts must read and follow the Warning Signs and Operating Instructions mounted on the golf carts.(2) Golf carts are only allowed on concrete pathways and are not allowed on tee grounds, greens and their surroundings as marked, grounds under repairs, hazards, protected areas and any other places as indicated by the Golf Course. Golf Course officials are authorised to stop golfers playing and ask them to leave the golf course if they are found abusing this rule.(3) Drivers must follow all directional signs on a one-way traffic basis, do not overtake another moving golf cart and keep a safe distance with the golf cart in front.(4) Golf carts should always give way to the Golf Course maintenance vehicles and machinery at all times.(5) Drivers should drive in a safe manner within the speed as advised by the Golf Course, and avoid sudden start, skidding and abrupt halt.(6) Golf carts should be parked at passing bays and other safe places during the golf rounds. |
